However, when she learned about the apology tour, she said she did not want to see him. But her husband, David, encouraged her and said he would be with her. TLC shared a sneak peek of how things unfolded between the three.
Kody told Christine that he wants her to heal. He said, “And healing will probably, can, maybe happen. I can’t tell you how it’s going to happen or what.” Christine seemed a little confused by what Kody said. He continued that if he apologizes, she can get the space to heal. Christine told him that he needs to understand that everything is in the past. “It’s in the past, and it’s okay,” she said.

Sister Wives fans previously saw that Kody’s second stop on his apology tour was Christine’s place. Kody told Christine that he wanted to apologize to her so she could heal. He said, “So, I want to apologize, because I wanted you to be free, to feel the joy, without the past holding you back.” Kody added that he wanted her to move forward without holding the disagreements against him, as they were holding her back.
“Let me do all I can to begin some healing,” he concluded. Christine just gawked at him. Clearly, Christine was annoyed by him, as the healing talk sounded absurd. In the confessional, she said, “When the time I committed to David, I was done with Kody.” She added that the chapter closed then. “There was not a gaping hole in my heart,” she said.
The reality TV star further explained that he does not have to provide her with closure. Christine stated that she is solely responsible for her own closure. “I am responsible for healing any wounds or whatever,” she added. She clearly stated that she was done with Kody before she committed to David. Her claims make sense: over all these years, there has not been a single moment when she behaved as if she were not over her ex-husband.
It’s very clear that Kody likes to make everything about himself. The apology tour was meant for apologies, not for making stupid claims. But Kody, being himself, cannot help it.
