The Brown family is about to welcome another member!
Aspyn Thompson, the 30-year-old daughter of Sister Wives stars Christine Brown and her ex Kody Brown, is expecting her first child with husband Mitch Thompson.
The mom-to-be announced her pregnancy during a local news segment on Fox 13 Wednesday, April 30. As the manager for the Kendra Scott store at the City Creek Center in Salt Lake City, Aspyn participated in a Motherâs Day-themed shopping segment.
At the start of the live broadcast, the camera cut to Aspyn wearing a blue-and-white printed sundress and cradling her baby bump. The reporter said, âAnd how fitting that you have your first little one on the way!â as Aspyn grinned and mouthed, âI know!â
So far, Aspynâs family of TLC stars have kept quiet about her baby news on social media, but the oldest of Christine and Kodyâs kids is sure to be celebrating with younger sister Mykelti Padron, who shares daughter Avalon, 4, and twin sons Ace and Archer, 2, with husband Tony Padron.

Christine, 53, and Kody, 56, share daughters Aspyn and Mykelti, 28, plus son Paedon Brown, 26, and daughters Gwendolyn Queiroz, 23, Ysabel Brown, 21, and Truely Brown, 15.
And while Kodyâs only remaining marriage is to wife Robyn Brown, heâs still the father of 18 kids in total, including those he shares with exes Meri Brown and Janelle Brown.
Janelleâs oldest daughter, Madison Brush, is the mother of four children, recently welcoming her youngest, daughter Emilia, on March 14.
After Christine split from Kody in 2021, she went on to marry her now-husband David Woolley in October 2023. In the past few years, Kodyâs relationships with Christine, Janelle, 55, and Meri, 54, have dissolved, leading to estrangement between the former polygamist and many of his kids.
âAspyn literally asked why I didnât like her,â Kody said on Sister Wives during the episode that aired Sunday, April 27. âIâm like, âSweetheart, I love you and I have, always have, and always will.’ “

He added, “Aspyn and I had a long discussion about us having a relationship not filtered through my view of her mother or her motherâs view of me.”
Moving forward, Kody went on to share that heâs attempting to maintain a stronger relationship with his older children.
âIâm trying to establish this relationship where theyâre no longer having me represented to them by my ex-wives,â he explained.
Also during the episode, Christine disputed Kodyâs claims that she and his other exes have sought to disparage him in front of their kids.
âI donât talk trash on Kody to my kids ever,â she said.
