Hence, Dr. Now insisted that Lacey start his given 1200-calorie low-carb and high-protein diet plan immediately. He told her to eat only three times a day without having snacks in between them. All credit goes to Dr. Now because of his 1200-calorie weight loss method and tough love for patients; her appearance is breathtaking. In 2019, the reality star showed some of her vegan food on Instagram, including cold brew and dark chocolate almond milk.

Lacey Hodder is not the same person she used to be. She worked hard to shed pounds. During My 600 Lb Life, she shocked fans by sharing that she lost 105 pounds after two months of strenuous exercise and adopting a vegan lifestyle. With the help of weight loss surgery, she dropped below 435 pounds, which made her lose 150 pounds.
Since Lacey has been active on social media, she took the opportunity to post a picture. The photo showed the TLC star’s whole body, and she looked much slimmer in it than in all her previous snaps. While she didn’t inform fans about how much she weighs now, her image suggested she must be somewhere around 300 pounds.
According to her latest Instagram post, Lacey is in love with the spring season. She also added that it’s lovely for her to return to life after winter. Many fans commented on the post. One fan called her “a true cutie patootie,” and another asked her if she had gotten skin removal surgery yet.
