Mama June and her family are back with plenty of drama and laughs in WE TV’s first sneak peek at the latest season of “Mama June.”
The trailer kicks off with Mama June flashing someone, causing eyebrows to raise and cameramen to look panicked.
But then it’s business as usual with laughter, fights, accusations of snitching, co-parenting struggles, and a new tagline warning, “everything’s going south!”
Pumpkin has a new fella, Darrin, but she’s still dealing with co-parenting her four kids, Ella Grace, Bentley Jameson, Sylus Ray, and Stella Renae, with ex Josh.
Josh tells Pumpkin he hasn’t moved on the way she has with Darrin, but Pumpkin throws back, “You made a whole ‘nother family!”
As we learned last year, Josh did move on with another woman and welcomed a child with her.
Pumpkin told entertainment reporter Courtney Tezeno she and Josh “co-parent really well,” and her younger sister, Alana (aka Honey Boo Boo), supported Pumpkin through the divorce even though Josh was a father figure to her.
“I don’t have any ill will towards him,” Alana admitted last May. “I don’t think I ever will, just because he did raise me, and he was a very good father figure for me.”
Alana said her focus is making sure Pumpkin is in good spirits, “I do know that at some point, Pumpkin was unhappy, and she needed to make sure to put herself first, finally. So I’m just glad that she’s happy now. And I tell everybody, as long as she’s happy, I’m happy.”

“This season, as Jessica and Shyann plan their wedding, June and Shyann’s mother, Trina, battle it out butting heads on just about everything. Pumpkin reveals her new boo, Darrin, and navigates co-parenting with Josh, who shockingly has a new addition of his own. Jessica and Pumpkin, who are still on-the-rocks, try to heal their relationship before Jessica’s big day but past secrets sadly get in the way. Meanwhile, Alana continues to thrive in nursing school while quietly struggling with her own feelings surrounding Pumpkin and Josh’s divorce.”
“Mama June” will return on TLC in March.
