Recently, Christine and her husband, David, appeared on the Too Emotional podcast. During the podcast, the reality TV star discussed grieving for Garrison. She admitted that she was initially shocked by the news. Christine recalled how she hoped the pain she felt would go away.
The Sister Wives star further added that, back then, she did not want to learn about grief and did not want it to disappear. However, David said that one can process grief by letting their emotions surface rather than suppressing them. He said all that anger, crying, and sadness need to come out; otherwise, one will get stuck with grief.
Sister Wives: Janelle Finds Garrison’s Treasure!
Sister Wives star Janelle found something related to her late son, Garrison, and decided to share it with her followers. She posted a video in which she scrolled through many pictures. Janelle wrote in the caption that it hurts a lot when you miss loved ones during the holidays. “The holidays are a tender time when you have lost a loved one,” she wrote.
Furthermore, the reality TV star added that she wanted to remember her son by sharing something cool that happened. “The cousin who was given Garrison’s camera found a treasure trove of photos on the SD cards.” Garrison had a great interest in capturing beautiful moments, and nearly two years after his passing, his mother finally got to see all the pictures he took.
“Before Garrison’s life became heavier and his addiction took hold, he spent a lot of time taking photos, especially of the night sky,” Janelle explained. She added that she always knew there would be tons of photos, but no one knew what had happened to them. Now, she has found them. “My son Logan said to me ‘mom there’s hundreds if not thousands,’” she wrote.
Furthermore, Janelle added that she was so happy she could look at the pictures Garrison took anytime. “So many he is in. Frozen in time, happy,” she concluded the post. Fans grew emotional after reading the caption. Many sent prayers for Janelle, while others believed it was Garrison’s present for his mom on Christmas.
