According to the announcement, at 2:15 PM, defendant Leida Margaretha appeared via video from UW Hospital. Tony Taylor M. Hart appeared beside her during the video conference.
Prosecuting attorney Rebecca L. Maki-Wallander appeared in court on behalf of the state of Wisconsin. The docket noted that the defendant received the complaint, waived the reading, and the court scheduled the next hearing for August 27, 2025, at 10 AM. It seems like Leida is in some serious trouble.
