Sister Wives fans have seen Janelle Brown go through a lot in her life, including the tragic loss of her son, Garrison. Recently, she shared that he uncovered a treasure from her son, thought to be lost, right during the holiday season. Since then, fans have also been sharing their reactions on social media.

Janelle is the second wife of Kody Brown. Many were introduced to Janelle and Kody, as well as his other wives and children, on the TLC series, Sister Wives, which premiered in 2010. Over the years, viewers have seen the polygamist family in Utah, Las Vegas, and Arizona.

Janelle and Kody were married from 1993 to 2022, sharing multiple children together. This includes the late Robert Garrison Brown. Garrison passed away on March 5, 2024, at the age of 25. His death was previously listed as a suicide.

Taking to social media, Janelle recently touched on the loss of her son, especially how hard it can make the holiday season. However, she shared that she uncovered something special from Garrison around this time.

On Instagram, Janelle shared, “The holidays are a tender time when you have lost a loved one. So I want to share something cool that happened.”

Janelle noted that a cousin who was given her son’s camera found a “treasure trove of photos on the SD cards..” She shared, “Before Garrison’s life became heavier and his addiction took hold, he spent a lot of time taking photos, especially of the night sky.” Included in the post was a video of Janelle scrolling through a collection of these photos on a laptop.

Janelle Shared That There Were ‘Hundreds, If Not Thousands’

Prior to this find, Janelle expressed that she knew there were many photos she hadn’t found. However, she hadn’t known what had happened to them. With this recent find, she announced, “Now they are found!!!”

“My son Logan said to me ‘Mom there’s hundreds, if not thousands.’ I was so happy. I now can look through them all, anytime I want to. So many he is in. Frozen in time. Happy.”

Taking to the comments, many fans shared their reaction to Janelle’s share. Many also took the time to express the hope that this is something Janelle can find strength in going forward. A few fans even shared some ideas on how to use the photos to honor Garrison. Some comments included:
